Saturday, April 28th Workouts

Hi ladies,

Just a quick note to let you know that all runs will begin at 8:00am tomorrow morning.  I had hoped to start a new Learn to Run 5km program Saturday – but will postpone this start until Tuesday evening, May 1st at 8:15pm. Please tell your lady friends about it!! A full post will go out next Tuesday!

Hope the turnout gets back up to normal – I heard numbers were down over the past 2 weeks!

Saturday – April 28 8:00am

Learn to Run 5km   – 5 min walking warm up, jog 35 continuous minutes(around big block – Westoak Trails, rt on Upper Middle, rt on Third Line, rt. on Sandpiper, lft on Nightingale), 5 min walking cool down

Try-a-tri – Bike – waiting on weather!

Holding on 5 – 5km The 5km Big Block route

Holding on 10km – 10km 10km Glen Abbey route

Learn to Run10km – 10km 10km Glen Abbey route

Ottawa 1/2 – 19km Ravine plus more trails

Mississauga/Toronto 1/2 – 15km

Toronto/Mississauga Full – 5-10km

Ottawa Full – 40km
