Thanks to Jo for opening your home to the “Chicks” and hosting a goal setting evening. It was a great turnout. We got most of you to commit to a race or two in 2014!! I have updated the Training Groups/Upcoming Races page on the website. If I have missed you, please send me a note or “comment” on the page so I can add your name to the list. When you have put your money down and actually registered for a race, email me so I can BOLD your name! Committing to an event will motivate you to stick to a program and have a higher chance of reaching your goal.
I have included start dates for 5km (weeks), 10km (8 weeks), half marathon (12 weeks), sprint triathlon (14 weeks) and Olympic triathlon programs. Start dates will depending on the race you choose!
