Quick Note

Hi Ladies,

It’s been a busy week and I haven’t pulled together a weekly update:)

1. Here are the workouts for Saturday, weather looks great:

Learn to Run 5km –  Walk 5 min to warm up, jog 3 min/walk 90 sec/jog 5 min/walk 2.5 min (turn)/jog 3 min/walk 90 sec/jog 5 min, 5 min cool down walk, stretch

Learn to Run 10 km – 7km

Hold on 5km – 5km

Hold on 10km – 10km

Half Marathon – 11km

2. Please remember to bring your donations (non-perishable foods and personal hygiene) for the Fair Share Food Bank.  I will collect until Sunday the 13th.

3. Here is the link to my Map My Run page where routes from my place are already pre-measured!   http://www.mapmyrun.com/people/groups/7537/members/  You can send a request to join the group and then use and add in routes!
