Saturday’s Workouts

Just a quick note to share the workouts for the morning:

Saturday – Sept 16 8:00am

NEW to Run 5km – Warm up walk 5 min, alternate 90 sec jogging and 2 min walking for 20 minutes turning after 10 min, cool down walk 5 min, stretching

NEW to Run 10km – 6km

Holding on 5km – 5-7km

Holding on 10km – 10-12km

Arizona 1/2 Learn to Run 10km – 7km

November1/2 marathon- 19km

Run for The Toad – 24km

I will be heading out at 7 with the “Toad” ladies so I won’t see the rest of the group at 8.  Take a pic:)  Will see everyone out on Tuesday.  I have ordered more blue armband lights for those of you you haven’t gotten one yet.
