Here is a message from Jan Sampson, one of our Chicks:

Play the odds…get your race entry! The Oakville Soccer Club girls under 12 rep team are having a raffle draw for 1 entry to each of the following: – Mercedes Benz 10k (Oakville) on April 15th – Bread & Honey 5k (Mississauga) on June 3rd – any of the kids Tri Kids Triathlon series this summer (Oakville is July 8th, but there are 5 additional choices between June 24 and Sep 15) Tickets are one for $1, six for $5…and the odds are excellent. The draws were offered as part of a bake sale table this past weekend, and there were very few entries!
 So the call has gone out to those who may be interested in getting a great deal on a
race entry…and the draw will be made at the team’s practice this Tuesday evening
(March 27). If you want in, please respond to Niki. We will allocate tickets, give you an
IOU and collect money on one of your next runs!!
