Hi ladies,

Just a quick not to let you know the run will go ahead as planned – the thunderstorms are projected to move south of Oakville later in the evening…if you can brave the heat.  Pace will be much slower! I am hoping for an hour of running, but that plan might change once I get out there!!  Bring lots of water:)
