Attention “Cyclists-to-be”

Just a quick note to let you know we will be postponing the bike ride that was scheduled for Saturday am before the run.  The weather will be chilly (extra chilly on a bike) and windy.  The running workouts will go ahead as planned.  Plan to cycle on Monday night.  We will meet at 7:15, cycle for around 30 minutes, and then run with the main group at 8pm.
