Hey Ladies,

The temps for the morning (-21 feeling like -34) are likely a bit too low for most of you:) I am looking to postpone the group run to Family Day morning (-8 feeling like -16) as Sunday is projected to still be very cold. We will head out on Monday at 8am.  Enjoy the sleep ins!!
